Job Description:
- Lead and support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of business application systems (such as SAP, ETRM, and other core applications) for the company and its group companies in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with users to identify requirements and lead the improvement of business processes by proposing and implementing IT solutions and system tools that enhance operational efficiency and promote positive change.
- Provide user support and response IT enquiries & requests from employees.
- Manage IT assets (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, network devices etc.), including procurement, setup, inventory, and disposal of hardware and software.
- Coordinate and supervise IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of IT services
- Support IT-related matters for other group companies and subsidiaries in the APAC region as needed.
- Support group companies in their budget management and assist in the planning and development of effective IT systems to enhance these processes.
- Continuously striving to achieve self-development to expand IT skills/knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application management or IT support, preferably in a trading company.
- Proven experience in planning, operating, and troubleshooting business application systems (e.g., SAP, ETRM).
- Experience with end-user support.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Mindset to improve business processes using IT technology.
