Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am- 12.30pm

Job Function

Provide day-to-day support for clinical and business applications. Work as a team to provide business analysis and support for IT systems within a healthcare organisation.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on the implementation of new IT systems by analysing end-user requirements, designing, and development.

Provide end-user support by administering application systems, performing audits, and handling administrative-related tasks.

Work closely with operations, clinical teams, IT infrastructure support, and external vendors to ensure the effective management of application systems to meet operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working in a team to provide support for existing application systems, including managing daily system operations and account-related support.
  • Assist end-users in using applications effectively, providing guidance and training when necessary. Point of contact for users experiencing application-related problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality or performance. Collaborate with vendors or developers to escalate and resolve issues, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
  • Carry out system setup, configuration changes or customisations to applications to meet user requirements. Ensure proper documentation, software change management and control procedures for all systems.
  • Work closely and support project managers to implement new IT application, gathering user requirements ensuring that system implementation meet users requirements and within deadline.
  • Identify, source and recommend new innovative functionalities and IT solutions that add value to SATA's future operation needs. Work closely with stakeholders, process owners, and users to integrate technical and application components into business processes.
  • Document operational procedures, account management, audits and IT procurement activities. Carry out monitoring and report on application performance and other related metrics.
  • Work closely with the infrastructure and network team to ensure maximum system stability and uptime.
  • Any other duties, tasks and non-IT related events as assigned by Head of Information Technology.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in IT application support, business analysis and vendor management.
  • Experience in ERP, CRM, data analytic tools, software and app development will be an added advantage
  • Prior working experience in healthcare environment especially in Clinic Management System, knowledge of PACS and RIS systems is a plus point.
