Job Description

IT & Marketing Director - Job Scope

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company's combined technology and marketing strategies to support business goals.

  • Align IT and marketing initiatives with overall organizational direction.

  • Lead digital transformation and brand growth across all platforms.

2. Information Technology (IT) Responsibilities

A. IT Strategy & Planning

  • Oversee long-term IT planning, system upgrades, and digital infrastructure.

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and security.

B. IT Operations & Management

  • Manage IT teams, vendors, and service providers.

  • Ensure reliable network systems, hardware, software, and cloud solutions.

  • Oversee data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with industry standards.

C. Digital Systems Development

  • Lead development/maintenance of company websites, apps, and digital platforms.

  • Ensure integration between marketing tools (CRM, automation tools, analytics) and internal systems.

3. Marketing Responsibilities

A. Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute marketing plans, brand strategies, and campaigns.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

B. Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Optimize online presence and customer experience.

  • Implement and manage marketing automation systems.

C. Content & Creative Direction

  • Direct creative teams to produce high-quality content, visuals, and promotional materials.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and business goals.

D. Market Research & Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor data.

  • Use analytics (Google Analytics, CRM reports, etc.) to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, and Management to align technology and marketing objectives.

  • Support product development and customer experience improvements.

  • Train teams on digital tools and brand guidelines.

5. Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Manage IT and marketing budgets.

  • Review contracts, technology purchases, and marketing vendor agreements.

  • Track ROI of campaigns and IT investments.

6. Innovation & Digital Transformation

  • Lead initiatives in automation, AI integration, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Explore new marketing technologies (MarTech) and emerging digital trends.

  • Drive e-commerce or digital revenue strategies (if applicable).
