Responsible for daily IT and Information Security operations by following the bank's policies and operating procedures for the systems, computers and IT infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of local and Head Office regulators (e.g. MAS Technology Risk Management Guideline and MAS Outsourcing requirements) via collaboration with Head Office IT and Information Security teams.
Provide front-end & back-end technical support and to trouble shoot on issues on the bank's systems.
Assist in carrying out daily/monthly IT and Information Security tasks and other ad-hoc work assigned. This includes resolving issues for IT and Communication devices and systems, configuring computer network connections, installing and maintaining software and hardware, procuring IT and Communication devices, monitoring of user access and performing information and data security checks.
Assist in the monitoring, reporting and resolution of information security and IT vulnerability issues via close collaboration with Head Office teams,
Be responsible in contracting and arranging maintenance and regular inspection with suppliers. This includes server room health checks and case escalation to vendors.
Assist in liaising with internal and external auditors and to resolve issues raised.
Assist with the Branch's general affairs in relation to IT, Communication, Information and Security infrastructure. Oversee other matters instructed by the branch manager or line manager.
Requirements
At least 4 years experience in IT or Information Security, with experience in banks preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with MCSA, MCSE CRISC, CISSP, or other relevant professional certifications/degrees will be preferred.
