Job Description

Role Summary

Seeking an IT professional to support technology initiatives within the Banking & Financial Services domain. The role involves SDLC support, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with technology and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support IT projects across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
  • Gather, analyze, and present information from multiple data sources.
  • Collaborate with teams in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
  • Assist with IT PMO tasks, business analysis, testing, and development activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and project delivery standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an IT organization, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
  • Experience with SDLC phases and project artefacts.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to IT PMO, business analysis, test automation, or application development.
  • Awareness of Cloud, Microservices, AI, Blockchain, RPA, and other digital technologies.
  • Understanding of Retail or Corporate Banking technology trends.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in Banking processes and systems.
