Our client is a fast growing established company with over 30 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced IT Analyst / ERP Analyst to join their team.

About the job

• Facilitate the translation of business requirements into functional specifications for core shipping and documentation systems.
• Manage day-to-day application support including root cause analysis and the coordination of resolutions with technical teams.
• Lead the enhancement of our TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and ERP system
• Oversee the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements by managing vendor relationships and project delivery schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing operational workflows and system configurations.
• Lead testing activities and develop comprehensive user training materials to ensure high system adoption and regulatory compliance.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 6 years of experience in business system analysis. Experience in stakeholder management s required for this role. Exposure to SQL is required for this role.

Regional or global exposure will be highly preferred.
