Job Purpose:
Responsible for maintenance of IT infrastructure. Coordinate and implement new systems to expand existing infrastructure
Job Responsibilities:
1) Day-to-day troubleshooting of PCs, servers and network
2) Liaise with external vendors for servicing and support of IT infrastructure.
3) Provide daily support to user and operation system platform.
4) Documentation of all the IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines and software licenses and maintenance.
5) Coordinating and implementing of new equipment / systems.
6) Maintenance of IT infrastructure including patching, updating, AV scanning, and backups.
7) Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measure.
8) Maintenance of IT infrastructure including: Network - LAN, Wireless, VOIP etc.
9) Provide advice to internal departments on new and existing IT-related equipment.
10) Record and write minutes of meetings for IT sub-committee.
11) Provide related IT training to staff.
11) Others:
. Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.
. Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
. Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.
12) Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Requirements
. Minimum Diploma
. Graduates with no working experience are welcome to apply
. Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
. Good interpersonal and communications skills
. Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
. Ability to identify issues, recommend and implement strategies to resolve problems and manage issues effectively
