Respsonsibilities:
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
- Provide technical support and training to staff, resolving IT issues promptly.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery, and data protection compliance.
- Plan and execute IT projects, upgrades, and vendor coordination for infrastructure improvements
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
