Job Summary:

An opportunity to join a regional corporate IT team supporting users and delivering IT projects across ASEAN operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT user support for employees across the ASEAN office and co-located associate companies
  • Participate in and deliver IT projects including system replacement, security enhancement, infrastructure, and efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, related departments, and external vendors to execute IT projects effectively
  • Monitor, report, and escalate IT issues and risks to management when required
  • Support deployment of new IT solutions developed by headquarters to regional offices after gaining sufficient experience, including potential business travel within Asia & Oceania

Requirements:

  • No experience is required candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a corporate IT department or a strong interest in IT are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT security, and networking concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Office 365, Teams Phone, Intune, Azure AD, Copilot, Defender, PowerApps) is an added advantage
  • Experience supporting Apple devices (iPhone, iPad) is an added advantage
  • Exposure to cloud storage and services such as Box and AWS is an added advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ECC6.0 or SAP S/4HANA Cloud is an added advantage
  • Experience with eSignature platforms (DocuSign, BoxSign) is an added advantage
  • Experience with RPA tools such as UI Path is an added advantage
  • Experience with workflow systems such as Jobcan is an added advantage
  • Exposure to network security tools (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, SentinelOne) and network infrastructure (IP-VPN, Internet VPN, local breakout, SASE) is an added advantage
  • Experience with VPN access tools such as FortiClient or Akamai EAA is an added advantage
  • Willingness to learn proactively and manage assigned tasks independently
  • Bright, positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in project management is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong user-centric mindset with a focus on providing effective IT support
