Responsibilities:
. Provide general support to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
. Handle internal and external communications for enquiries and service request
. Prepare and format technical documents and reports
. Perform data management and documentation duties
. Source, monitor and manage service vendors and quotations
. Support IT team to monitor tickets and system abnormalities
. Resolve basic issues according to SOPs
. Track all incidents to closure
. Ad-hoc duties and projects
Requirements:
. Candidates must possess at least a diploma
. IT background will be an added advantage
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Willingness and capacity to learn new skills and technology
. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
