Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Provide technical support to staff (onsite and remote)
• Maintain network security and data backups
• Install and update software and security patches
• Manage email systems and cloud services
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software purchases and support
