JD:
Key Responsibilities:
. SG-Mail Service Requests
. Shared mailbox account and distribution list creation and termination
. Grant / remove user access to mailbox accounts
. Submission of PKI certificate issuance/ renewal request
. Updating of user Outlook profile and re-designation
. Submission of EPP provisioning for newly imaged machines
. Review of AD list for inactive user accounts deprovisioning
. Software / application packaging and installation requests
. VPN token assignment and replacement for users
. Submission of CLZ/VPN/GoMax/SGEPP firewall rules requests
. Multi-Factor Authentication reset
. Update membership of security group
. Submission of various NSSR requests
. SSR deduction for laptop loan/ WOG disk wipe/ WOG imaging requests
. Addition or removal of hostnames from FFE group
. Taking minutes of meeting for agency meeting
. Other administrative tasks assigned by SDM/SDD
. Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. ITIL Process Knowledge
. Process handling
. Incident and request handling
. WOG Preferred knowledge.
. Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing records
. Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
. Prepare documentation for systems and procedure
Education & Experience:
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
. 2+ years of experience in IT administration or support role

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
. Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
