Job Summary
The IT & Admin Assistant supports the Integrated Management Department in daily IT coordination, administrative support, document management, and operational system support to ensure smooth office and operational activities.
The role assists with basic IT troubleshooting, system coordination, user support, document filing, data entry, and administrative tasks across various departments including Production, HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Management.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support Duties
- Provide basic IT support for office users and operational staff.
- Assist in troubleshooting computers, printers, email, network, and system-related issues.
- Support setup of computers, monitors, printers, and user workstations.
- Assist in maintaining IT equipment records and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for servicing and maintenance support.
- Support ERP system, attendance system, and office software coordination.
- Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, printing, scanning, and file-sharing issues.
- Help maintain proper filing of IT records, manuals, and system documentation.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and office IT equipment when required.
- Assist in onboarding setup for new employees, including email and workstation preparation.
Administrative Duties
- Perform data entry, document filing, scanning, and record management.
- Prepare and organise reports, forms, and internal documents.
- Maintain proper document control and filing systems.
- Coordinate with departments for administrative and operational support.
- Assist in preparing meeting arrangements and operational documentation.
- Support ISO documentation and compliance record maintenance.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, and administrative inventory.
- Handle general office administrative and coordination duties.
- Support management and department heads with ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE N / O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Office, and office IT equipment.
- Willingness to learn IT troubleshooting and system support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organised, and able to multitask.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or office administration environment will be an advantage.
- Chinese language proficiency may be preferred due to coordination with Chinese-speaking operational personnel and suppliers.
