Isotank Operations Coordinator

. Managed overall logistics supply chain coordination (import / export, sea freight activities including booking, documentation, data entry, shipment organization & tracking, billing, arranging transport.

. Communicate on daily basis with shipping lines, truckers, customers, and oversea agent offices.

. Tracks import Isotank returns & demurrages and verifies vendor invoices.

. Follow up and handle customer enquiry and call

. Use and maintenance of internal system.

. Other ad-hoc duties if required

Requirement:

. Strong team player with good initiative and ability to work independently

. Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant experience .

. Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.

. Proficient in MS Office applications.

. Able to start work immediately would be advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
