Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a IPQA Assistant Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform failure analysis on products to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and issue technical failure analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain, calibrate, and oversee proper usage of analysis tools and equipment.
- Track, document, and update failure analysis cases for review and follow-up.
- Ensure 5S, safety, and compliance standards are maintained in the analysis laboratory.
- Support Quality Engineers in managing non-conforming products and NCR processes.
- Provide analytical support for non-conformance investigations and disposition.
- Assist in the implementation and tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Participate in product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechatronic & Robotics/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- Failure Analysis skill will be added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, able to contribute as a team player.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft office, Excel, Words & Power point).
- Comfortable to work in clean room environment+ dry room (0% humidity).
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,700 +AWS +VB (1-2 Months)
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 Work Days, Mon-Fri: 8:15am - 5:30pm
