Key Responsibilities
- Drive IoT sales by engaging with company's sales teams and end customers to ensure company are invited to all RFX's for Global Inbound and regional APAC IoT opportunities.
- Provide Commercial support for all IoT RFX's to ensure best chance of success
- Support the IoT Head to define and execute a clear IoT strategy and become the partner of choice for global and regional businesses in APAC
- Work to increase the awareness of company's IoT value proposition with end customers in conjunction with the Marketing team
- Develop a deep understanding of IoT partner's products and service offerings and match against the key verticals in the corresponding company markets.
- Identify and develop strong partnerships with significant influencing partners in the emerging IoT marketplace. Specific focus on IoT solutions in line with the company's requirements
- Share business value proposition hypotheses with IoT partners for joint GTM engagements
- Build and evolve an IoT Partner program to deliver end to end IoT solutions for companies to increase speed to market and drive cost savings and revenue optimization.
Key Qualifications
- A recognized degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science
- Strong understanding of the commercial side or Go-To-Market activities of M2M /IoT.
- Strong understanding of Connected Device Platform (CDP).
- Proficient literacy on the related technical aspects of Mobile (Virtual) Operator Network and hands-on experience with key elements of the M2M / IoT solution stack of an operator
- Proven track record in complex solution sales to Operators or Enterprises is a strong advantage
- 6+ years of experience in Telecommunication or adjacent industries, of which 3+ years are in M2M / IoT
- 5 years of Partner or Sales Management experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding business revenue targets
- Strong Sales and relationship building skill
- Excellent oral and written communication skills able to communicate our value, strategy and proposed solution on client opportunities
- Experience in working in Asia is strong plus
- Existing relationships in industry particularly with large MNC's would be valuable
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, independent and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in an international & multi-cultural environment
- Customer-oriented personality and good team player, strong work ethic, results-oriented, flexible, patient and adaptable persuasive and diplomatic
