Job Description

AT Asset Management Pte. Ltd., established in 2012, is a Singapore-licensed fund management company serving high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors globally. We are seeking a motivated Investor Services Analyst to support the firm's Operations and Business Support functions, ensuring the delivery of excellent client service to our global investors.

The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest in innovation and actively explore new ideas, particularly in leveraging AI tools to enhance business support and operational efficiency across our expanding platform. We believe that in this era of exponential AI-driven transformation, our firm must stay ahead of technological advancements - rethinking traditional processes and building more efficient, scalable workflows to support our growing operations and client base.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Maintenance

. Prepare onboarding documentation and administer the account opening process

. Review client documentation to ensure completeness and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML)

. Ensure adherence to MAS regulatory requirements and internal policies

. Maintain and update investors data

. Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and counterparties

Reconciliation of Clients Statements, NAV and Reporting

. Perform monthly investment position and market value reconciliations

. Review and validate NAV reports and transactions prepared by fund administrators and brokers

. Verify corporate actions and ensure correct accounting treatment

. Prepare and distribute investors performance reports in a timely and accurate manner

. Review transaction activities to ensure operational integrity and accounting accuracy

AI and Process Innovation

. Research and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through workflow enhancement

. Explore technology and AI tools to enhance reporting, reconciliation, and documentation processes

. Assist in developing automation solutions such as advanced Excel, workflow platforms, or AI applications to reduce manual processes

. Contribute to the firm's ongoing efforts to improve scalability and operational effectiveness

Other Responsibilities

. Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

. Driven, responsible and meticulous

. Able to work independently in a lean team environment

. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin

. Proficient in MS Office (Excel especially)

. Experience in accounting, audit, fund administration, or asset management is a bonus

. Experience in business support in financial institution is preferred

. Strong interest in AI, automation, and operational technology preferred
