Job Description:
As an Investor Relations Specialist at East Ventures, you will support the team in managing communications with investors and stakeholders. This entry-level role involves assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials, as well as maintaining databases and tracking investor inquiries to facilitate effective communication and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations:
- Create and distribute investor communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and annual reports.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and performance metrics.
- Respond to investor inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, finance and marketing, to align messaging and strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of investor communications, including presentations, reports, and updates.
- Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of investor meetings, calls, and events.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends related to the company and its competitors.
- Respond to routine investor inquiries and provide administrative support to the team.
- Help organize and participate in investor events, such as earnings calls and conferences.
Investment:
- Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for internal review and approval.
- Support negotiation and deal structuring processes.
- Track and analyze industry trends, startups, and key market developments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable with data management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
