About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical Investor Relations Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping this complex, high-visibility corporate narrative. Whether you are stepping out of a corporate IR function looking for a massive scale-up, or coming from an Equity Research seat ready to move client-side, this role offers the platform to sit close to the C-suite and actively influence how global capital markets value a blue-chip transition play.
Responsibilities
- Narrative Strategy & Execution: Partner with senior leadership to translate complex engineering operations, project finance metrics, and margin recovery trajectories into a compelling, long-term investment thesis
- Analyst & Investor Engagement: Actively support relationship management with sell-side analysts and institutional buy-side investors, handling inquiries, coordinating roadshows, and helping to expand global institutional shareholding
- Financial & ESG Communication: Drive the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, annual reports, and investor presentations, with a specialized focus on articulating the company's ESG milestones and green energy revenue pipeline
- Market Intelligence: Track and analyze peer valuation multiples, macro energy trends, and consensus estimates to provide actionable, real-time intelligence to the leadership team
Qualifications
- Background: 3 - 6 years of proven experience. Open to professionals with a strong foundation in either Corporate Investor Relations or Equity Research (Sell-Side/Buy-Side)
- Sector Expertise: Strong understanding of Industrials, Energy, Offshore Infrastructure, or the Renewables/ESG space. Understand of SGX listing rules and IR best practices is also preferred
- Executive Presence: Highly articulate with the commercial polish required to engage with tier-one global institutional funds and support C-level executives
