Develop and execute investor relations and public relations strategies aligned with business and investment objectives.
Manage communication with investors, co-investors, financial institutions, lenders, media, and other external stakeholders
Prepare investor updates, project and portfolio performance reports, presentations, and corporate materials.
Support fundraising activities, investment proposals, and stakeholder engagement sessions including investor meetings and site visits.
Manage media relations including press releases, media inquiries, interviews, and crisis communications.
Oversee corporate and project announcements including partnerships, launches, milestones, and business updates.
Ensure consistent messaging across investor communications, media channels, and corporate materials.
Coordinate communications across joint venture and strategic partnership structures in Singapore and regional markets, including cross-border projects and multi-entity investments.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely approval of communications.
Monitor investor sentiment and media coverage, providing insights to senior management.
Work closely with Finance, Legal, and project teams to ensure accuracy of financial and project-related communications.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Finance, Economics, Journalism, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or related fields.
Experience in real estate or investment strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of investment structures, financial communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management experience with investors, financiers, media, and senior management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
