Investor Relations Professional

We are recruiting for an upcoming REIT, and this will be one of the very interesting asset sectors with a global mandate.

Reporting to the CEO directly, you will be collaborating with the Senior Executive Team in crafting a compelling narrative growth story which explains the company's market opportunity, competitive advantages, and financial path.

You will work with the legal counsels, investment bankers closely and lead the creation of roadshow decks and actively driving and participating it. You will assist in press releases, outlook commentary. This will include being the project manager of their prospectus and making sure that they are delivered smoothly.

You will be preparing investors roadshow slides with the expectations of some travelling involved for such activities. You will increase awareness and coverage by working with research houses and media. You will organise any related IR events and reach out to local and overseas retail and institutional investors. You will be facilitating equity fund raising efforts and monitoring portfolio assets performance. You will provide competitor analysis and ensure that the company is being presented appropriately.

Requirements

• You are degree qualified with at least 10 years of experience in a similar investor relations capacity with another listed company. Having IPO experience will be a strong advantage.
• You are independent and self-starter and able to manage and coordinate professionally under tight timeline.
• You possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with an added plus on having financial/commercial acumen.
