Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an investor relations strategy to enhance communication with existing and potential investors.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, investor presentations, and earnings announcements to ensure consistent and transparent messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to effectively position the company's growth and financial performance.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Address investor inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or financial communications within a publicly listed company or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and investor relations best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial data clearly.
- Proven track record of building relationships with investors, analysts, and financial media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
