Job Summary:

The Singapore office is seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Analyst/Associate to support the firm's investor relations and fundraising initiatives. This role is essential in managing communications with investors, coordinating investor events, and providing strategic insights into portfolio performance. Working closely with the Investor Relations team, the successful candidate will leverage their experience in investor relations, client engagement, and event coordination to strengthen stakeholder relationships and drive the firm's growth. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organisational skills, eager to make an impact within a dynamic, high-growth investment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, ensuring transparent and consistent communication.
• Organise and manage investor events (conferences, roadshows, client meetings), oversee logistics to enhance engagement and support fundraising goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on investment opportunities, supporting the firm's fundraising initiatives.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and portfolio updates to provide valuable insights to investors.
• Manage reports and materials for clients, providing administrative support as needed.
• Participate in ad-hoc strategic and investor relations projects, especially during fundraising initiatives.
• Contribute to team objectives, mentoring junior team members to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in investor relations, private funds, finance, event planning, client services, or logistical support.
• Experience in hospitality or client services is beneficial.
• Strong educational background in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent financial and technical skills, with proven expertise in market research and investment analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time-management abilities, with experience working across teams and time zones.
• Excellent listening, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
• Adaptable, able to excel in evolving, high-energy environments.
