Role Overview

We are hiring an Investor & Capital Community Relations specialist to build and activate a high-quality capital community around HESIODE. This role sits between partnerships and investor relations. You will engage crypto-native allocators, HNWI circles, family office networks and professional communities in Singapore and Asia.

This is not mass marketing and not retail community management. It is relationship-building with capital-heavy, high-context audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with crypto-native allocators, HNWI circles and investor communities

Engage family office ecosystems, private wealth networks and capital operators in Singapore

Develop a curated pipeline of high-quality investor/community relationships

Organize small, private, high-signal engagements (roundtables, invite-only calls, closed briefings)

Communicate product positioning clearly to sophisticated audiences

Collect market feedback from allocators and translate it into internal insight

Maintain strong discretion, trust and professional standards in all interactions

Requirements

Proven experience engaging investor communities, private networks or capital-heavy audiences

Strong understanding of crypto markets and how allocators think

Background in investor relations, partnerships, private wealth, community building or advisory

Ability to communicate clearly with skeptical, experienced audiences

High discretion, strong judgment and comfort working autonomously

Excellent written and verbal English

Hands-on familiarity with crypto wallets and exchanges is essential

Compensation

Base Salary: SGD 220,000 320,000 per year (Gross)

Token Allocation: Meaningful long-term incentive aligned with capital growth and ecosystem expansion
