Investment & Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop medium-to-long-term investment strategies, including market outlook, cash flow forecasting, and value creation initiatives.
• Transaction Leadership: Manage end-to-end investment processes, from opportunity identification and due diligence coordination to deal structuring, negotiation, and completion.
• Market & Risk Monitoring: Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, implementing mitigation strategies to protect investments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (finance, operations) and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, regulators, and external partners.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present investment performance reports, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Strategic Advisory: Deliver recommendations and insights to stakeholders to guide key investment and growth decisions.
