About Our Client

Our client is a leading institutional investor with a global mandate across private markets. They manage one of the world's largest real estate portfolios spanning property sectors, including traditional office, retail, residential, industrial, and hospitality. The team partners closely with deal leads, CIOs, and asset allocation specialists to shape investment strategy and drive value creation across regions and sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with global deal teams to evaluate real estate investment opportunities
• Support the CIO and senior management in developing investment strategies, sector roadmaps, and portfolio construction targets.
• Conduct independent assessments of new opportunities, prepare investment papers, and contribute to investment committee discussions.
• Drive portfolio performance tracking, risk assessment, and capital allocation analysis in collaboration with asset management and strategy teams.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking or consulting ideally with exposure to the real estate sector
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with demonstrated ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities.
• Strategic thinker with experience in portfolio management, thematic research, and cross-asset capital strategy.
• Confident communicator with the maturity to engage senior stakeholders and global teams.
• Strong investment judgement and a genuine interest in Real Estate investment and research.
