Investment Solutions Analyst

Tahan Capital Management is growing and looking for a motivated, highly organised individual to join our firm as an Investment Solutions Analyst.

Role Overview

The Analyst will support the Head of Business Development & Investor Relations in delivering a responsive, professional and well-coordinated investor experience from engagement to onboarding. The role will be coordinated with the Head of Portfolio and Transaction Management.

The role sits at the intersection of investments, operations and investor servicing. The Analyst will help translate investor requirements into actionable investment solutions, coordinate information across internal teams and ensure that investor deliverables, onboarding requirements and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the firm's investment strategies, processes, and risk management approach.
• Support the preparation of investment solutions for prospective and existing investors based on their investment objectives and needs.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, investment and operations teams to gather the information required for investor proposals and discussions.
• Help translate technical investment information into clear, accurate and investor-friendly presentations.
• Coordinate responses to investor due diligence requests, requests for proposals and other information requests.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, accounting or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. One to two years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services, investor relations or business development would be advantageous.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, investment management and the asset management industry.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines and follow-up items while producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Collaborative team player who is willing to contribute across different areas of the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
