Responsibilities
Conduct market research and monitor emerging trends in the fintech sector.
Source and evaluate investment opportunities, including reviewing business proposals and pitch decks.
Support due diligence processes and prepare materials for investment committee review.
Develop financial models and perform scenario analyses for valuations, liquidity events, and deal structures.
Manage deal flow and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
Coordinate deal execution with internal teams and external stakeholders such as law firms, auditors, and brokers.
Build and maintain relationships with portfolio companies and partners to drive value creation initiatives.
Assist with fund operations, including marketing, reporting, and administrative tasks.
