Position: Investment Services Professional
Type:Contract
Compensation:$80$120/hour
Duration:12 months
Commitment:20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment-related outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
- Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as valuation modeling, portfolio analysis, financial forecasting, risk assessment, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to refine system outputs and improve decision-making accuracy.
- Develop evaluation rubrics for assessing AI-generated financial tasks and solutions.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of experience in investment services, ideally in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or equity research.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative/analytical field.
- Strong proficiency in investment analysis and financial modeling techniques, including valuation and market analysis.
- Solid understanding of investment processes and strategic decision-making frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CAIA).
