- Lead the launch of new products by coordinating with internal teams
- Engage with and evaluate potential external partners for new products and services, performing thorough due diligence and AML/CFT checks.
- Provide direct support to internal stakeholders in executing client instructions.
- Maintain and update all product documentation and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
skills and experience required
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in product management, with specific or broad experience in investment products, lending, and/or wealth planning.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of and experience with system development and/or operations.
- Compliance: Strong awareness and understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and other compliance regulations.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to learn quickly. You must be a collaborative team player with excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Communication: Highly effective at communicating and negotiating across all levels and functions.
