Job Description

Brief Summary

Join an innovative team to drive growth and foster strategic relationships across a diverse portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support dynamic companies while engaging with investors and industry partners.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison among portfolio companies, investors, and ecosystem partners. Support portfolio companies in growth strategies, business development, and market expansion. Organize and manage events for portfolio companies, including founder sessions and investor engagements. Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry mapping. Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, due diligence processes, and the development of investment materials. Participate in discussions with founders, co-investors, and external advisors. Aid in post-investment monitoring and portfolio reporting efforts. Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and special projects. Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and internal documentation. Facilitate relationship management with investors, partners, and key stakeholders. Assist with various tasks in a fast-paced and adaptable work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Comfortable in front-office, client-facing settings. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as needed. A keen interest in Venture Capital, Private Equity, and technology-driven sectors. Aspiration for a future role as an investment professional or General Partner is advantageous.
