Your new role

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the

• Lead and support fund launches, including project management and daily operations
• Provide middle and back-office support across fund operations, deal execution, compliance, and business needs
• Collaborate with external service providers (fund administrators, auditors, legal/tax counsel, valuation agents) and internal teams (portfolio management, compliance)

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in an asset management or PE firm
• Excellent knowledge of Private Markets Funds
• Strong understanding of private market operations and workflow
