Role Overview
As Investment Manager, you will lead the acquisitions and investment strategy together with portfolio management of utility-scale energy projects across Singapore and the wider APAC region. Key to this role is to identify a unique individual that can combine experience of sound investment financial modelling and evaluation skills together with proven evidence of hands-onproject delivery and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of energy investment opportunities across the APAC region
- Support deal origination through market intelligence, relationship development, and pipeline management
- Conduct in-depth due diligence process, coordinating external legal, technical, financial and tax investment evaluation
- Conduct financial modelling, deal underwriting, and transaction structuring for new project investments
- Manage relationships with equity partners, capital providers, regulators, and counterparties.
- Contribute to investment committee submissions, portfolio reporting, and asset management activities.
- Work closely with the development and technical teams to evaluate investment opportunities and support active projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of investment experience with a strong foundation in both financial modelling and project execution.
- Direct experience of managing and overseeing the project lifecycle with good exposure to project development activities on large-scale energy projects in APAC.
- Proven ability to lead or support end-to-end deal execution including due diligence, structuring, and documentation.
- Familiarity with APAC markets will give you a strong advantage
- Degree qualified in Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline;
