Investment Manager

The role will support investment activities in the living sector, from identifying opportunities and conducting due diligence to financial modelling, deal negotiation, and post-acquisition analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to the Investment Team to support the Companys growth strategy

Source and identify good investment opportunities in the accommodation or living business

Evaluate and perform feasibility studies and develop financial models

Coordinate and assist in legal, financial and technical due diligence

Assist in presenting results of analysis and preparing reports to Management and Board

Assist in deal negotiation, documentation and other transactional activities

Perform post-acquisition investment analysis

Prepare Board paper for board approval on investment and asset management related projects

Identify and evaluate asset enhancement opportunity to enhance asset values

Perform in-depth industry, economic and demographic trends, and competitor research

Job Requirements:

Bachelor&aposs Degree (preferably Finance or Real Estate)

Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience

Prefer candidate with exposure to real estate industry especially in the area of business development, investments, asset management or deep research analysis.

Good time management, strong analytical and modelling skills

Team player detail-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism

Strong written and verbal communication
