Investment Manager (Chinese Family Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and due diligence on equity or debt investment opportunities
• Evaluating investment strategies, historical performance, and terms
• Actively locate and screen high-potential equity investment projects to build a robust project pipeline
• Build and maintain complex financial models and analyse their financial impact
• Independently or collaboratively drive deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structure design, term negotiation, documentation, and deal closing
• Assit in other ad hoc project arranged by chairlady

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related major
• Qualified for MAS Investment Professional
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in gained in Financial Institution
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial modelling skills
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
