The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting due diligence on potential funded counterparts.

The role presents a rare and exciting opportunity for those working in the asset tracing industry that want to join a litigation funder and become involved not only in identifying assets but also in the strategic process of enforcing judgment and awards, as well as those currently working in recovery of non-performing loans or in the financial restructuring business as an insolvency practitioner and are seeking a specialist role in this field at a litigation funder.

This includes supporting client management and reporting aspects as well as supervising, coordinating and supporting national and international legal proceedings together with Investment Managers and external legal counsels.
  • Conducting desktop research in designated databases and open sources.
