About Our Client
Our client is a Singapore-based impact investment firm focused on identifying and scaling high-growth circular economy businesses across Asia. With a strong track record in growth equity investments and backing from leading global brands, the firm drives both financial and strategic value creation, supporting innovative, founder-led companies to succeed in dynamic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop new investment opportunities across Southeast Asia aligned with the firm's thematic focus areas.
- Co-lead deals end-to-end, including diligence, financial modelling, structuring, IC presentations, and closing.
- Partner with portfolio companies to drive value across strategy, operations, and governance, and monitor performance.
- Build relationships across the regional investor ecosystem and represent the firm at industry forums.
Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, equity research, or investment management; experience in a growth-stage fund is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of circular economy, sustainability, ESG, climate, or supply chain-driven business models in Southeast Asia; familiarity with South Asia is good to have.
- Demonstrated ability to guide businesses across strategy, operations, and governance, gained through portfolio company engagements or direct operating roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with an established network of peers across the region.
