Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Analysis: Building, maintaining, and reviewing complex valuation models (DCF, LBO) and analyzing financial statements.

Deal Execution & Due Diligence: Assisting in the full deal lifecycle, including market research, industry analysis, and managing the due diligence process with advisors.

Investment Memos & Presentations: Drafting investment proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for investment committees or stakeholders.

Portfolio Monitoring: Tracking and reporting on the performance of existing portfolio companies, identifying risks, and recommending actions.

Relationship Management: Liaising with founders, management teams, and external partners.
