- Act as a senior contributor to ASEAN investment strategy and regional investment discussions
- Originate and develop ASEAN‑focused investment ideas, strategies and portfolio solutions
- Partner closely with investment teams to translate insights into market‑ready products
- Lead business development initiatives with institutional investors, corporates, family offices and intermediaries
- Serve as a trusted product specialist, clearly articulating investment capabilities and differentiation
- Support fundraising efforts by engaging clients, consultants and distribution partners
- Play a visible role in building the firm's ASEAN presence, credibility and long‑term growth platform
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or finance‑related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in ASEAN asset management in a senior investment, product or client portfolio role
- Strong grounding in investment concepts with the ability to translate them for clients
- Proven track record of developing client relationships and growing assets
- Demonstrated experience working closely with investment teams and committees
- Commercial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast‑growing regional environment
