Investment Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential investment, acquisition and strategic business opportunities.
• Lead investment due diligence, feasibility studies, financial modelling, valuation and risk assessment.
• Prepare investment proposals, business cases and recommendations for senior management.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal teams, government agencies, financial institutions and external advisers.
• Monitor investment projects and provide regular updates on project progress, financial performance and key risks.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify new investment and business opportunities.
• Support strategic projects, business expansion, M&A and other corporate development initiatives.
• Manage and develop relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Investment, Accounting, Law or related disciplines.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in investment, corporate finance, project development, banking, M&A or business development.
• Strong experience in investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in logistics, infrastructure, industrial, property or technology sectors will be an advantage.
