What You'llDo

You will acquire, build and manage a relationship practice made up of both new and existing clients, focusing on:

  • Client acquisition and retention
  • Asset growth and protection
  • Provision of client-focused solutions

Typical daily activities include:

  • Proactively participating in business development and client acquisition activities
  • Reviewing prospect and client portfolios
  • Proposing needs-based solutions to prospects and clients
  • Attending to and responding to customer queries professionally, both in person and via phone

What You Need to Have

  • A Diploma or Degree, preferably in Business, Banking & Finance, or Engineering
  • Applicants with at least 2 years of progressive career track record in sales experience within the financial services industry will be considered for the Relationship Manager position
  • Applicants who are new to the financial industry and possess a positive attitude and aptitude will be considered
  • Financial Advisory experience and accreditation in CMFAS M5, M6, M8, M9 & HI is an advantage
  • An initiator and team player
  • Good communication skills

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for an Investment Consultant/Relationship Manager. The role involves managing client relationships, providing financial advice, and developing investment strategies tailored to individual goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients financial needs, recommending suitable financial products, tracking portfolios, and staying updated with market trends to offer informed advice. The role also requires delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance
  • Strong knowledge of Investments and Investment Strategies
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Up-to-date understanding of market trends and financial products
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
