Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage actively in deal origination and execution activities. Identify and resolve issues during IPO and M&A due diligence processes. Review and support the preparation of transaction documentation for IPO and M&A projects. Facilitate discussions involving clients, professionals, and regulatory authorities. Ensure adherence to internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Participate in SGX Catalist Continuing Sponsorship activities. Mentor and supervise junior staff while fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, or a related field. Passed CMFAS RES 4 (or M4A) and currently registered as a representative with the relevant authority. A minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance advisory roles within Investment Banking teams, with preference given to candidates who have successfully completed 2 or more listings in the last 5 years. Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated team player mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
