Assist the department with regard to the various phases of investment banking project and transaction execution
Assumes responsibility for the day-to-day management of investment banking projects and transactions, including the coordination of workstreams among internal and external stakeholders
Assist the department with regard to new business development activities, drafting of pitch materials, etc
Responsible for preparing financial models, valuation analysis, investor and management presentations, etc
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/University degree (preferably majoring in Finance and ACcounting) or a CFA Charterholder
4 to 6 years of investment banking experience, which should include prior experience of the SGX IPO submission process
Well versed in financial modeling, valuation analysis, financial impact analysis, etc
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (both verbal and written) so as to communicate with our HQ and Chinese speaking customers
Confident and effective in managing relationships with corporate customers
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team context
