Investment Banking Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Investment Banking Analyst, based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The role involves conducting financial analysis, building and maintaining financial models, performing due diligence, preparing presentations, and assisting in transaction execution. Additional responsibilities include market research and providing support to senior staff on various client engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Financial Modeling and related software tools
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data
• Experience in conducting Due Diligence and preparing comprehensive reports
• Background in Finance with fundamental knowledge of Investment Banking principles
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant internships or prior experience in investment banking or a financial services role is a plus
