Investment Banking Analyst/Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time position located on site in Singapore for an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate covering Asia. They will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including conducting research, preparing financial models, preparing marketing materials, and executing transactions. They will work closely with other team members on data and financial analyses, due diligence activities, and the creation of transaction materials. Being exposed to every aspect of a deal/transaction cycle, the candidate will be involved in the deal sourcing process, evaluation of such opportunities, arranging and structuring of such transactions, and see to the completion and documentation. The role needs a go-getter who wants to gain investment banking skills to eventually become a deal maker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Candidates with experience in financial modeling, valuation, financial analysis and financial accounting.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams
