Investment Banking Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time Hybrid Investment Banking Analyst role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The role involves preparing financial models, conducting thorough due diligence, and analyzing market data to support investment decisions. You will work closely with senior team members to assess and execute mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities, providing reports and insights that guide strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Modeling and proficiency in developing robust financial projections
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations
• Experience in conducting detailed Due Diligence and market research
• In-depth knowledge of Investment Banking principles and Finance fundamentals
• Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills to relay findings and recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience in investment banking or financial services is a plus
