Review information packs as part of the screening process of new opportunities;
Lead due diligence process of transactions presented to IC, including preparation of financial model and credit memo;
Monitor portfolio companies, by analysing monthly reports, regularly engaging with management teams, and preparation of updates for internal discussion purposes;
Actively assist with the capital raising process, including preparation of presentational materials, market research, and answering of investor diligence questions; and
Lead on internal reporting and communication processes and protocols.
Profile
This position is based in Singapore, covering Asian markets
3+ years experience in corporate finance, transaction services, private equity / debt, investment banking
Critical thinker and self-starter, with strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting and modelling, and IT office tools (Excel etc)
Strong team player, ability to communicate and collaborate with international colleagues
Flexible, proactive and with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
