Investment Associate/Principal - Venture Capital

Our client is a growth stage Venture Capital fund, who are now looking to hire for a Senior Associate / Principal.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills and be hungry to roll their sleeves up to help in all facets of the fund, be that Deal Sourcing, Due Diligence, Ops, Fundraising etc. A no job too small mentality, ability to work independently, and a great attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• 5+ years work experience, ideally within Venture Capital or Private Equity
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Lead entire deal transactions from start-to-end, origination and execution of investments (including preparing investment memo, term sheet negotiation etc).
• Conviction to speak up, and voice your opinion
• Strong knowledge of Excel including advanced functions
• Experience with cash flow modelling and investment valuation techniques a plus
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills to develop new connections, and work with companies and people from all over the world
• A real passion for startups, technology, and latest trends
