Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the firm's global biotech and healthcare investment strategy, with a strong focus on Asia, in particular, China and SEA. You will source highpotential startups, conduct rigorous scientific and technical due diligence and evaluate the commercial scalability of breakthrough technologies. Staying ahead of emerging scientific and market trends, you will apply your life sciences expertise to assess technical feasibility while partnering founders and R&D teams. You will lead end to end execution, help refine investment theses and influence internal decisionmaking. Additionally, you will support ongoing portfolio management, contribute to valuecreation initiatives and guide founders through the complex biotech and healthcare landscape.
Requirements
You possess exceptional academic credentials in life sciences, ideally with a Master's degree or PhD. You bring at least three years of relevant sector and/or investment experience in biotech, healthcare or the broader life sciences ecosystem. You are wellversed in global biotech developments and familiar with market dynamics across SEA and Asia. With strong insights on industry trends, regulatory environments and emerging technologies, you are able to interpret complex scientific data and translate it into commercially sound investment perspectives. A resourceful, analytical and driven individual, you excel in a fastpaced and high performing environment and are able to work independently and collaboratively.
