We are hiring for an Investment Associate to look at Data Centre investments.
This is an execution-heavy role embedded within a lean, high-conviction investment team, with direct exposure to the leadership team and live platform decisions across the full deal lifecycle — from initial screening and financial modelling through to transaction execution and portfolio monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models for new data centre opportunities, monitoring project assumptions, capex, returns, and key development milestones
- Prepare investment papers, presentation materials, and internal approval documents for new opportunities and pipeline asset
- Support deal execution including data room review, document coordination, and stakeholder follow-up across advisors, counterparties, and partners
- Support external engagement with advisors, counterparties, and potential partners where needed
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in investment, project finance, infrastructure, or real estate — data centre or digital infrastructure exposure is a strong plus
- Highly proficient in financial modelling from scratch, including capex stacks, revenue structures, return metrics (IRR, equity multiple, DSCR), and sensitivity analysis
- Strong awareness of APAC data centre market dynamics, including power availability, permitting, hyperscaler expansion, and enterprise digitisation across Asia
